i was just doing some bloghopping,
and i realised what an estranged senior
i am, no was in the band.
i rmr tearing last year when
boon, gillian,faith, denise & shuyi had to step down.
but look what happened,
i actually left early on the last day.
i see everyone talking about snapping pics,
crying on sat and i think
hey wheres my piece of the action?
maybe i truly dont deserve it,
but this is definitely not the way i wanna end my
4 years of band. ):
perhaps it's because i barely knew any sec 2s
much less the sec ones.
but i cant help it if im not a patient teacher,
or uncoincidentally cant really
'click' with my juniors.
infact, i've never been as close to any of my
section juniors as how gk and denise have been to me.
that i feel absolutely guilty for.
so now im just regretful for not a proper step down day.
im terribly ashamed as senior to both estee and stephanie.
you 2 work hard yeah, you've gotten this far
without much help from me and my evil accomplice becks,
you will continue to shine.
i know ive been such a shitass during whatever little
time of sectionals we have,
but when i reflect, i always find myself guilty
of how i was being so fierce and snappy during sectionals.
so, you both bring glory to the horn section yeah!
i will now pass on the responsibility of trying
to coach the juniors well and doing the band proud
as how denise,gk and sukai has passed on to me and becks.
be glad you have a huge bunch of sec 1s ready to take on
syf and alot of other great opportunities with you both.
i think partly why i've neglected band so much
was because its so tiring going to band without becks.
so once again, do well and do us proud!
i promise to go for the enddofyearconcert even if
becks dont wanna go with me. <3
ohyes, now youre the only seniors in the section,

it isnt till now that i realised,
hey i may miss band and going for band afterall.
but as ive said, the fact that im not
really attached to the juniors make it hard to miss it.
in the past, it used to be so enjoyable
when shuyi will giggle real loudly,
denise wont be there cause of the really
misfortunate fall during the walkathon,
and ill be comparing notes with gillian,
and going for lunch with faith boon and emili
after band. mango in the basement foodcourt.
it used to be so much fun.
maybe now its due to the strict regime now
that has made me so defiant, idk about you guys, but
mr sim was pure fun and although we worked hard for
the syf, he always made band feel worth coming for.
maybe its because we had him since sec 1,
so the attachment was there.
sir just feels a little distant somehow,
perhaps he was used to achieving alot of things,
hes all high and mighty up there.
with mr sim its always jokes and no distance.
thats prolly why band was so much fun then.
ok anyway im deviating.
so im glad theres the istana thing so i would have
a proper ending with the band and my juniors

ive been urging to 29th to come so bad cause
